User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member", or "you") and d444 (hereinafter "d444", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the d444 website located at d444.bid and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, payment processing services, and promotional programmes.

By accessing the d444 platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the d444 platform and close any existing account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with d444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

Use of the d444 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use any d444 service. d444 enforces strict age verification for all Pakistani users. Registration constitutes a representation and warranty that you meet the minimum age requirement.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered d444 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. d444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any registration information at any time. For Pakistani users, valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) documentation will be required during KYC verification.
5. Exclusion Lists: You must not be self-excluded from d444 or any other gambling platform at the time of registration, or at any subsequent time during your d444 account membership.

d444 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account where eligibility requirements are not met or where d444 reasonably believes that the account holder has provided false information during registration.

As a registered d444 account holder, you bear sole responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. d444 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• You must notify d444 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or a breach of account security.
• d444 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, assign, or grant access to your account to any third party under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the d444 platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. d444 provides services under an international gaming license and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
• You must ensure that any device used to access d444 is adequately secured with up-to-date antivirus and security software to prevent unauthorised third-party access to your account credentials.

d444 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between users and our servers. d444 also maintains device recognition, session timeout, and login anomaly detection systems designed to protect user accounts. However, d444 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate personal account security practices.

All financial transactions on the d444 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
d444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Bank Alfalah, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. d444 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice to individual users.

4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposits for bank transfers and USDT vary and are displayed at the time of transaction. d444 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply independent transaction fees. Deposits to d444 are credited in PKR and available for wagering immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder. d444 applies a standard review process to all withdrawal requests:

• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification, including CNIC documentation.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) are processed within 5–30 minutes during standard banking hours in Pakistan.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 15–60 minutes of approval.
• d444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times beyond the standard periods listed above.

4.4 Restrictions
d444 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or violation of d444's anti-money laundering (AML) policies. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international AML regulations.

d444 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, PSL season promotions, and VIP loyalty programme benefits. All promotional offers are subject to the following universal conditions:

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• Different games contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution percentages are disclosed with each promotional offer.
• Bonuses have fixed validity periods from the date of issue. Unmet wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period, after which any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Minimum qualifying deposit amounts apply to all deposit-related bonuses. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger the bonus.
• Bonuses are awarded in PKR and credited to a separate bonus balance within your d444 account. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked independently.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Policy
d444 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities are prohibited and result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms through linked betting strategies.
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play patterns, as determined by d444's fraud detection systems.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.3 VIP Loyalty Programme
Participation in d444's five-tier VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) is automatic for all registered users. Points accumulate based on total PKR wagered across all d444 products. VIP tier benefits, including enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawals, and dedicated account management, are subject to separate VIP programme terms which may be updated independently of these general Terms and Conditions.

d444 operates a casino and gaming platform subject to the following rules governing game availability, results, and technical integrity:

6.1 Certified Random Number Generation
All RNG-based games available on the d444 platform are supplied by studios holding independent RNG certification from internationally accredited testing laboratories including eCOGRA, Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), and BMM Testlabs. Certification confirms that game outcomes are statistically random and that published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate within permitted variance.

6.2 Game Rules
Each game available on the d444 platform is governed by specific rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before committing real-money wagers. d444 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.3 Malfunctions
In the event of a software, technical, or connectivity malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, d444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the relevant player accounts. Malfunctions void all related plays and prizes. d444's technical team decision on malfunction-related voids is final.

6.4 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games at d444 are streamed from professional studios and are subject to the live game rules applicable at the time of play. In the event of a live stream disconnection, bets already placed and accepted prior to disconnection remain valid and will be settled based on the game outcome. Players disconnected during a live round may not cancel previously placed bets.

d444's sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL), kabaddi, football, tennis, UFC/MMA, basketball, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the d444 platform:

7.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by d444 at the prevailing odds at the time of submission. d444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Bets are not confirmed until a valid Bet ID is issued and displayed to the user within the d444 sportsbook interface.

7.2 Odds Changes
Odds on the d444 sportsbook are subject to change at any time before bet acceptance. If odds change materially between bet submission and acceptance, users will be notified and given the option to accept the revised odds or cancel the bet submission.

7.3 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets — including PSL ball-by-ball markets — carry additional volatility. d444 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after the relevant event has already occurred (palpable errors) are void regardless of the odds displayed at the time of placement.

7.4 Event Abandonment & Postponement
In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or force majeure, d444 will apply the settlement rules applicable to the specific sport and competition as listed in the d444 Sports Betting Rules supplement. In general, bets on events that do not commence within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time are void.

7.5 Maximum Winnings
d444 applies maximum winning limits on a per-event and per-day basis. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. d444 reserves the right to limit individual winnings and to refuse or reduce stakes from any account at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting identity for any purpose.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one d444 account per individual, whether under the same or different identities.
• Bonus Abuse: As defined in Section 5.2 above, including coordinated exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the d444 platform, or gain any advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix game outcomes, share cards in live dealer games, or engage in any form of cooperative cheating.
• Money Laundering: Using the d444 platform for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity and withdrawing them to legitimise the source.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, interfere with, or gain unauthorised access to d444's technical infrastructure, game software, or payment systems.
• Underage Use: Accessing or attempting to access d444 services if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating such access for any person under 21.

Where d444 detects or suspects prohibited conduct, d444 may immediately freeze account access, void all pending and recently settled bets under review, seize any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

d444 is committed to responsible gaming practices and complies with the responsible gaming requirements mandated by our international gaming license. d444 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits, which activate immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after any upward amendment request.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR loss limits that prevent additional wagering once the limit is reached within the specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable session timers that remind you of time spent on the platform and can force automatic logout upon expiry.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which you cannot access any d444 services including deposits and wagering. Cool-off periods cannot be lifted once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion from the d444 platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. d444 will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration of excluded accounts.

d444 does not extend credit to players. All wagers must be funded from deposited PKR balances. d444 encourages players to treat gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income, and to never wager more than they can afford to lose.

All content on the d444 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, user interfaces, graphics, logos, text, databases, trade names, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of d444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the d444 platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or commercially exploiting any d444 content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any d444 software or game.
• Creating derivative works based on d444 intellectual property.
• Removing, obscuring, or altering any intellectual property notice, watermark, or attribution on d444 content.

Any use of the d444 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any public-facing content — including social media, websites, or any commercial context — requires prior written consent from d444. Unauthorised use constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued through available legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the d444 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
• Gambling losses sustained through the use of d444 casino games, sports betting markets, or any other d444 product, regardless of whether such losses result from technical errors, odds changes, or normal gameplay variance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate personal security practices.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues — including those occurring during live PSL cricket matches or other time-sensitive events — beyond d444's reasonable operational control.
• Any third-party actions, including payment processor delays, banking restrictions, or telecommunications failures affecting JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other Pakistani payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit d444's liability for death or personal injury caused by d444's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

d444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering for a d444 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

For Pakistani users, personal data collected by d444 includes: registered name, mobile number, email address, CNIC information provided during KYC verification, payment method details, betting history, and device/session information. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve d444 services.

d444 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or our licensing obligations. d444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the d444 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised agreement. If you disagree with any revision, you must cease using d444 services and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which d444's international gaming license is issued.

Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the event of a dispute between you and d444 arising from these Terms or your use of the d444 platform, the following escalation procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact d444 customer support at [email protected] with a clear written description of the dispute. d444 will acknowledge your query within 24 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution step does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, submit a formal written complaint to d444 management at [email protected]. d444 will investigate and respond in writing within 14 calendar days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the regulatory body under whose authority d444's international gaming license is issued, in accordance with that body's dispute resolution rules.

d444's decisions on the outcome of casino game rounds and sports betting events are final and not subject to reversal through the dispute procedure, except where a palpable error (as defined in Section 7.5) or technical malfunction (as defined in Section 6.3) is established through the formal complaint process.
